About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Warrenville, IL. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality speech and language services to students, helping them develop effective communication skills for academic and social success. This role involves collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ unique communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Support students’ use of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems when appropriate.

Collect and analyze data to monitor progress on communication goals.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, parents, and other professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all state and district requirements.
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) license required.

Experience working with children with autism and familiarity with AAC systems preferred.

Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
