School-based Speech-Language Pathologists have the rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference for students in vibrant learning environments. Multiple contract opportunities are available starting as soon as possible and extending through June 10, 2027, supporting elementary-aged students across several buildings.
Bring your dedication and expertise to one of several openings—work with caseloads of 47-50 students in traditional elementary settings or be an integral part of a Functional Classroom for Intensive Support (FCIS). Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school settings preferred
- Comfortable managing caseloads of 45+ students across multiple buildings (for some positions)
- Familiarity with IEP development, therapy planning, progress reporting, and compliance
- Ability to connect with elementary-aged children with varied communication needs
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement effective IEPs
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy interventions as needed
- Travel between buildings if working with multi-site caseloads
- Maintain accurate records according to school and regulatory standards
- Deliver support and intensive interventions in specialized classroom settings for those with significant needs (for FCIS roles)
