A school district in Warren, MI is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services for elementary students ranging from kindergarten to 5th grade. Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to K-5 students
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), preferably holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or working under Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with school-aged children (K-5) in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and therapy techniques appropriate for this age group
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage a caseload independently, providing direct therapy to students

Additional Information:
