Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current and valid SLP Certification
- Active ND SLP license, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students PreK–12 as assigned
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state, federal, and district regulations
- Provide therapy in both individual and small group settings, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and other needs
