ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide part-time, onsite services in Wakefield, Rhode Island. This role is ideal for a candidate looking for a flexible contract assignment supporting students in a school-based setting during the 2025–2026 academic year.
Position Details:

Location: Wakefield, RI

Schedule: Part-time, exact days and hours TBD with district (flexible)

Employment Type: 1099 Contract (no benefits)

Caseload: School-based students, specific numbers TBD

Start Date: August 2025

End Date: May 2026
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language services directly to students
-
Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff

Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state requirements
Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island SLP license
-
School-based experience preferred
-
Ability to work independently and provide high-quality therapy services
Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Contract role – 1099, no medical, dental, vision, or 401k benefits
