We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an elementary school in Waconia. This role emphasizes articulation support and consistent collaboration with staff and families.
Position Details:

Full-time, on-site

Contract: ASAP through end of school year

Elementary students, approx. 40–50 on caseload
-
Heavy articulation focus
-
Service model: 4 × 5-minute sessions weekly for articulation
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy to students with speech and articulation needs
-
Complete evaluations and maintain IEP documentation
-
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
-
Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educators and parents
Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Minnesota SLP license required
-
ASHA CCC preferred (CFs welcome)
-
School-based experience a plus
