About the Role
Are you a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about helping students build strong communication skills and thrive academically—from the comfort of your home office? We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated SLP to provide virtual speech and language services to K–12 students throughout Virginia. This fully remote role allows you to deliver high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school teams across the state.
What You’ll Do

Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEPs and educational goals

Provide engaging, research-based teletherapy sessions through secure online platforms

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school personnel to monitor and support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student outcomes
What You’ll Need

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

Active Virginia SLP license issued by the Virginia Board of Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology

Virginia Department of Education (VDOE) licensure or endorsement for school-based SLPs (or eligibility), if required by the district
