About the Role
As a school-based SLP in Virginia Beach, VA, you will:

Provide speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels
-
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write goal-oriented reports
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
-
Deliver direct and consultative services in both individual and group settings
-
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support staff to ensure student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
-
Manage a flexible, school-based caseload in a supportive, team-driven environment
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active or pending Virginia SLP license
-
CCC-SLP preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) welcome to apply
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
-
Strong interpersonal, documentation, and communication skills
-
Open to candidates traveling from nearby states
