About the Role

As a school-based SLP in Virginia Beach City, you will:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy across diverse grade levels

  • Complete evaluations and write clear, goal-driven reports

  • Develop and implement individualized IEPs

  • Provide direct and consultative services in individual and group settings

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed

  • Manage a flexible caseload in a supportive, team-oriented environment


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Active or pending Virginia SLP license

  • CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs encouraged to apply

  • School-based or pediatric experience a plus

  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

  • Ideal for clinicians traveling from Maryland, North Carolina, D.C., or surrounding states
