Applicants must hold a Master's Degree in Communication Disorders and their Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) to be considered for the position. Those who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

State and Federal Requirements:

Active Virginia Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology license

Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) through ASHA

Fingerprint and background clearance in accordance with Virginia DOE requirements

Authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Duties:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education programs (IEPs)

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers

Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
