Travel Speech and Language Pathologist - Villa Park, IL
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Addison, IL for a K-12 school setting with an immediate start. This role is travel-based and offers a 37.5-hour workweek with an end-of-school-year (EOSY) assignment schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing evaluation, screening, and individualized therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborating with educators and support staff to develop and implement treatment plans that support academic and social development
- Maintaining detailed documentation of student progress and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participating in IEP meetings and consultations with families to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility to begin CFY
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in school-aged children
- Ability to travel and provide services in multiple school locations as needed
