School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Vestal, New York

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, targeting communication needs to enhance academic and social development
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide insights for holistic student support
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
