Part-Time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Van Hornesville, NY
Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time, school-based position in Van Hornesville, New York, for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers a flexible weekly schedule within a supportive and collaborative district environment.
Position Details:

Location: Van Hornesville, NY

Schedule: Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week); the district is flexible and will coordinate with the successful candidate to establish a mutually agreeable schedule.

Caseload: Approximately 15 students, primarily in Kindergarten through 5th grade, with one student in 11th grade. Some students receive support through Academic Intervention Services.

Start/End Dates: September 2025 – June 2026
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals.
-
Maintain accurate session notes for Medicaid billing purposes.

Contribute to the development of IEPs.
-
Collaborate with teachers and related service providers as necessary.
-
Implement push-in, center-based learning activities within the general education setting.

Participate in the district's Instructional Support Team.
Requirements:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Active New York State SLP License.
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
