Ideal candidates will possess:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
- Valid Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- School-based experience strongly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
You will:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Maintain thorough records and prepare progress reports
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development
- Supervise and collaborate with SLAs as appropriate
- Serve either a dedicated school site, handle a split-site schedule, or work in a preschool/elementary focus based on placement match
- Design engaging, data-driven therapy for students with communication and language needs
