A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting located in Valley Farms, AZ. This contract-to-hire position offers a stable work schedule, a manageable caseload, and a supportive environment dedicated to fostering student communication skills and growth.
Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP License with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card mandatory
- No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) eligible for this role (must be a fully credentialed SLP)
Position Details:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, with hours from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; and 8:00 AM – 12:45 PM on Wednesday
- Caseload cap of 57 elementary school students, including about 15 students with Speech-Language Impairment (SLI)
- Supported by an onsite SLPA two days per week to assist with caseload demands
- One school site assignment (non-itinerant)
- Contract period begins ASAP and runs through May 22, 2026, aligning with the school year
- Core responsibilities include delivering direct therapy, conducting assessments and evaluations, and actively participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
