Join a dedicated educational team serving students in Vale, OR, for the 2026-2027 school year with two full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) positions and one Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) position available. These on-site roles offer a meaningful opportunity to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade with caseloads ranging from 25 to 30 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students (SLP) and K-6 students (SLPA).
- Manage a caseload of approximately 25-30 students, delivering tailored interventions and progress monitoring.
- Supervise and collaborate with SLPA staff, particularly overseeing 2 SLPAs engaged in early intervention services.
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings.
- Work within a schedule of Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, plus a shorter day on Friday.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure and certification relevant to SLP or SLPA roles.
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably within school settings.
- Ability to supervise SLPA staff effectively, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Competency with teletherapy is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational skills to manage varied caseloads and documentation.
