School Speech Therapist - Esparto, California
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support students from PreK through Kindergarten in a K-12 school setting. This role offers the opportunity to work onsite with approximately 25-35 students, providing targeted speech and language therapy services throughout the school year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to children in PreK and Kindergarten classrooms
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with district guidelines
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working within school-based settings (K-12) is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage young learners effectively
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations related to speech therapy in schools
Position Details:
- Contract position covering the 2026-2027 school year, from August 20, 2026, to June 4, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Onsite role to ensure close collaboration with school staff and students
