Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Caseload: Approximately 55 Elementary Students
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dedicated team of educators and support staff in Vacaville, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position servicing an elementary caseload for the 2025–2026 school year, with an immediate start. Position Overview:

Start Date: As soon as possible

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Location: Elementary school setting in Vacaville, CA

Caseload: Around 55 elementary school students

Contract: Through ProCare Therapy

Supervision: Provided if needed for CFY candidates

Duration: Full academic year, with potential for renewal
Key Responsibilities:
-
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP team
-
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
-
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress

Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members

Support and consult with classroom teachers and staff to facilitate carryover of speech/language goals in the classroom
Candidate Requirements:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

Active California SLP license (or eligibility for licensure prior to start)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered and supported
-
Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary educational team
