Position Overview
A school district in Vacaville, CA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team. This role will focus on an elementary caseload of 55 students, providing both direct therapy and supportive services. The SLP will collaborate with staff and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster communication skills and academic success.
Caseload and Responsibilities

Manage an elementary caseload of 55 students.

Provide direct therapy services and track progress.

Conduct evaluations and assessments as required.

Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families.

Document services in compliance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications

Active California SLP license required.

CCC’s preferred, CFs will also be considered.

School-based experience strongly preferred.

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Compensation
Pay is $57 per hour
