We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting in Vacaville, California. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date, serving an elementary school caseload of 55 students.
Position Overview:
The SLP will provide speech and language services to students in an elementary school environment. This includes conducting assessments, developing individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering direct therapy, collaborating with educational staff and families, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities:

Provide therapy services to a caseload of approximately 55 elementary-aged students.

Conduct speech-language assessments and evaluations in accordance with IDEA guidelines.

Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.

Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychologists, administrators, and parents.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all services rendered.

Deliver services in individual, small group, and/or classroom settings as appropriate.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as needed.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain).

California Teaching Credential in Speech-Language Pathology Services (preferred).

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred, but CFs will be considered).

Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Work Environment:

On-site at an elementary school within the Vacaville Unified School District or neighboring districts.

Supportive administrative team and collaborative educational staff.
