Pay: $50-$60
Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Upland. This position will involve providing therapy services to students at an elementary school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing speech and language therapy interventions to students with communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech therapy to students, as well as consult with teachers and staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and parents to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and IEP goals
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP Licensure
- Experience working in school settings (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents
