Speech-Language Pathologist for Temporary School Coverage Serving Pre-K and Early Elementary
ProCare Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a temporary leave coverage role within a school setting. This position offers the chance to provide speech and language services to young learners, from Pre-K through primary grades, starting as soon as possible.

Position Details:

Temporary leave coverage with immediate availability

Work schedule: 4 to 5 days each week (flexible)

Caseload focused on Pre-K and primary students
-
Location: On-site at the school

Duration: Until further notice
Responsibilities:
-
Perform speech and language evaluations to identify student needs
-
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
-
Provide direct therapy sessions, both one-on-one and group formats
-
Document progress and maintain accurate records
-
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team planning
Qualifications:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure before starting

ASHA certification is preferred; new graduates with strong skills are welcome

Experience with early childhood or primary students preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Able to manage caseload independently and work well within a team
