This role focuses on providing direct therapy services to a caseload of Pre-K and early elementary students, supporting their communication development and access to learning.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide evaluations, screenings, and direct speech-language services
-
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Monitor and document student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with other educators and service providers

Maintain compliance with all state, district, and professional standards
-
Offer consultative support to teachers and families as needed
Qualifications:
-
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)

ASHA CCC preferred; exceptional Clinical Fellows will be considered

Previous school experience is a plus, but not required
-
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
-
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
