Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed, student-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our fully remote team providing services to K–12 students throughout Alabama. This virtual role allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy that supports students’ communication skills, academic success, and social development.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments of speech, language, and communication skills

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals and student needs

Deliver engaging, research-based teletherapy using secure online platforms

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and compliance records
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology license
-
School-based or pediatric experience preferred; teletherapy experience is a plus
