A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Clarks Summit, PA, located south of Wilkes-Barre and northwest of Allentown. Responsibilities include providing speech and language therapy services to Early Intervention (EI) children ages 3 to 5, primarily those with a 25% developmental delay, as well as school-age children with Autism. Services will be provided onsite at a single location, with a focus on supporting young learners in school settings.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with school certification
- Experience working with Early Intervention children, especially ages 3 to 5
- Expertise in supporting children with Autism spectrum disorders
- Ability to deliver therapy in an onsite school environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational teams and families
