Speech Language Pathologist – Term Leave Coverage
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide leave coverage for a partnering school district in Washington State during the 2025-2026 school year.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech therapy services to Pre-K through elementary students.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.

Assess, diagnose, and support students with speech, language, or hearing difficulties.

Collaborate with school staff to facilitate student progress and appropriate placement.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
-
Valid Washington State SLP license.
-
Washington ESA certification.
-
Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
Position Details:

Provide therapy, assessments, and IEP support within the district.

Caseload: Pre-K through elementary students.

Start date: Immediate through Spring 2026.

Schedule: 4 to 5 days per week, flexible according to district needs.
