ProCare Therapy is partnering with districts across New Mexico to hire Speech-Language Pathologists for the upcoming school year. Position Highlights

Start Date: August 2025

Schedule: Full-time, approx. 37.5 hours/week

Setting: Onsite in public or charter school settings

Grade Levels: PreK–12, placements matched to your background and preference

Employment Type: W2 through ProCare Therapy
Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
-
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
-
Deliver direct and consultative services in individual or group sessions

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to integrate communication strategies into learning environments

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with New Mexico and federal regulations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active New Mexico SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply
