Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or CFY)
Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a dynamic and collaborative team in the Bridgeport, CT area for the 2025–2026 school year, beginning in November. This is a full-time onsite position providing both direct and consultative services to students with complex communication needs.
Position Overview

Start/End: November 2025 – June 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Setting: Self-contained classrooms and AAC/AT program support

Caseload: Students with limited expressive/receptive language abilities
Responsibilities
-
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students using low to high-tech AAC systems

Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to ensure continuity of communication strategies

Support the district’s AAC/AT Coordinator, a seasoned SLP, for 3 days per week while maintaining a 2-day caseload

Assist in developing visuals, programming AAC devices, and implementing communication supports across learning environments
Qualifications

Active Connecticut SLP license (CCC or CFY accepted)

Strong experience with AAC systems (low–high tech)

Previous school-based experience preferred

Not accepting teletherapy or SLPA applicants at this time
Compensation
-
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
