Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification, preferably with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience providing therapy to elementary-aged children (grades K-5)
- Knowledge of school-based SLP practices and ability to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and school staff
- Ability to manage caseload and document progress effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation services to students
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation in compliance with school policies
- Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed
