Occupational Therapist (OT) – Tracy, CA | Full-Time, K–8th Caseload
A school district in Tracy, California is seeking a qualified and motivated Occupational Therapist to support a K–8th grade caseload for the current school year. This is a full-time position offering consistent hours, professional support, and a manageable caseload of approximately 50–60 students.

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services to K–8 students with diverse needs

Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
-
Complete assessments and re-evaluations
-
Track and document student progress
-
Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations
Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
-
Valid California OT license
-
School-based experience is preferred, though strong new grads will be considered

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a school team setting
