An opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC certification to support a middle and high school caseload in Torrington, CT. This school-based position requires onsite presence and includes supervision of a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). The role is part-time, offering 8–10 hours per week with an immediate start date through June 11, 2026.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut SLP license
  • Current Connecticut Education Certification
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech-language pathology
  • Experience working in school settings, preferably with middle and high school students
  • Previous supervision experience with SLPAs
  • Reliable local transportation and availability for onsite work (remote supervision is not permitted)
  • Ability to manage scheduling commitments effectively

Location: Onsite role based in Torrington, CT with local travel as needed within the district.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to middle and high school students
  • Supervise the work of the assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in compliance with state regulations
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services delivered
  • Participate in required meetings and professional development activities onsite
