SLP Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders in elementary students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in IEP meetings with multidisciplinary teams.
- Support social communication skills and language development inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Required: PDE certification in Speech and Language
- Preferred: PA SLP License
- Preferred: Previous school-based experience
