Role Framework
This full-time remote position focuses on delivering comprehensive speech-language pathology services through our cutting-edge virtual platform. You'll conduct assessments, provide therapy, and collaborate with educational teams to address diverse communication challenges.
Key Service Areas
- Speech and language assessments and evaluations
- Articulation and phonological therapy interventions
- Language comprehension and expression support
- Fluency and voice disorder treatment
- Social communication skills development
- Augmentative communication system implementation
- IEP meeting participation and goal development
- Family and educator training and consultation
Student Demographics & Communication Needs
Working with students from early childhood through secondary education, you'll address a wide spectrum of communication disorders including developmental delays, autism spectrum disorders, hearing impairments, and acquired communication disorders. Our virtual approach ensures consistent service delivery while maintaining therapeutic relationships.
Required Credentials
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Ohio speech-language pathologist licensure
- Minimum 2 years of school-based SLP experience
- Virtual therapy experience highly valued
- Proficiency with assessment tools and technology platforms
- Strong clinical reasoning and intervention skills
