Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – K-12 Caseload
Location: Fall River, MA
Schedule: Full-Time | School Year
ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Fall River, MA. This role will support a K-12 caseload across multiple grade levels. Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese are strongly encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will also have experience or interest in supervising support staff.
Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
-
Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress

Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
-
Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as needed
-
Support multilingual students and families with culturally responsive communication strategies
Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Massachusetts SLP License and DESE Certification (required)

Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (preferred, not required)

Experience supervising SLPAs (preferred)

Strong communication and organizational skills
