Located in Thornton, CO, this travel opportunity seeks three skilled Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide full-time (35+ hours per week) leave of absence coverage across multiple elementary schools within the Denver area. Assigned schools include Eagleview Elementary (coverage from August 18th to October 30th), Westview Elementary (August 12th to October 12th), and Thornton Elementary serving preschool to elementary levels (August 14th to December 18th).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their communication development across preschool and elementary age groups.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with district standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and district regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings to support student outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure.
- Active Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification.
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates; SLPA applicants will not be considered.
- Proven ability to work effectively within school settings.
- Flexibility to travel between assigned schools within the district.
