A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Denver area, specifically supporting Arapahoe Ridge Elementary. This contract position begins ASAP and extends through May 22, 2026, offering 35+ hours per week. The role is suited for licensed professionals eager to work in a school setting, with an open caseload supporting school-age children.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students to improve communication skills
- Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Conducting assessments and maintaining accurate documentation of student progress
- Providing support and guidance for communication goals aligned with state standards
- Participating in ongoing professional development and team meetings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure and certification with the Colorado Department of Education (DOE)
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services
- Ability to manage a caseload independently with strong organizational skills
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Candidates; SLPA candidates will not be considered for this role
