School Speech and Language Pathologist | Denver, Colorado
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a K-12 school setting in the Denver, CO area. This contract role begins January 1, 2026, and runs through May 22, 2026, with an additional assignment starting December 1, 2025. The position focuses on bilingual support and early childhood programs in multiple elementary schools and a consultation team, providing a dynamic and engaging caseload primarily serving preschool and school-aged children.
Location: Denver, Colorado
Duration: January 1, 2026 – May 22, 2026 (with some assignments starting December 1, 2025)
Setting: On-site at assigned schools (no hybrid or remote work available)
Caseload: Full-time bilingual SLP assignments including Child Find and Bilingual Consultation Team, Preschool Program at Malley Drive Elementary, and Child Find at North Star Elementary
Hours: Full-time (35+ hours per week)
Number of Schools Assigned: One school per assignment
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure
- Active Colorado Department of Education certification
- Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience or interest in bilingual services preferred
- Not open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language evaluations and interventions across preschool and K-12 populations
- Collaborate with the Bilingual Consultation Team to deliver linguistically and culturally appropriate services
- Support Child Find initiatives to identify students in need of speech-language services
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary meetings
