Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, either in schools or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring for a broad range of speech and language disorders
- Familiarity with digital tools and teletherapy platforms is highly valued
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Deliver both onsite and teletherapy services as needed for maximum reach and efficiency
