Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) California
Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a virtual, school-based position serving students in California. This fully remote opportunity allows clinicians to deliver high-quality speech and language services while maintaining flexibility and work-life balance.
In this role, you’ll support students’ communication, academic, and social success through teletherapy, collaborating with school teams and families in a structured, well-supported virtual environment.
Position Overview

Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday

Start Date: ASAP or based on availability

Caseload: Assigned based on experience and program needs

Contract: Through the end of the school year with potential for renewal
Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments via teletherapy platforms

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals

Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in small group settings

Participate in virtual IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and documentation

Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate, compliance-based records in accordance with California and federal guidelines
Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Previous school-based and/or teletherapy experience preferred

Strong communication skills and comfort with virtual service delivery
