Speech-Language Pathologist in Daphne, AL
This position invites a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services at an elementary school serving Kindergarten through 5th grade. The role focuses on supporting students' speech and language development in an engaging, educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to meet individualized student goals
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student educational planning
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly
Required Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC)
- Registration with the state's Board of Speech Examiners
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage caseload and maintain thorough documentation
