School-Based SLPA (Mod-Severe Autism Support) – 2025–2026 School Year

Hours: 32.5 hours per week (includes 30-minute unpaid lunch)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a dynamic school team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a split assignment between two sites, serving students with moderate to severe Autism in both RSP and SDC settings.

Sites:

Elementary Site: French Valley Elementary

Middle School Site: Margarita Middle School
Both campuses have supportive, long-standing SLPs and a collaborative team environment. The incoming SLPA will provide direct therapy and assist in implementing treatment plans under the supervision of credentialed SLPs.
Requirements

Active California SLPA license (must be fully credentialed or able to obtain prior to start)

Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLPA experience

Experience supporting moderate to severe Autism populations required

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, aides, and therapists
