Part-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist - Remote, Delaware
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote speech and language therapy services to students in our district. The ideal candidate will have experience working with school-aged children, a strong understanding of teletherapy best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote speech and language therapy services to eligible students via telepractice platforms.

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ needs.

Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student communication goals.

Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and modifications.

Maintain compliance with Delaware Department of Education regulations and ethical standards.

Attend professional development opportunities as needed.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.

Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.

Experience providing speech-language services to school-aged children.

Familiarity and comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery.

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule effectively.
