SLP Remote in IL
A Speech-Language Pathology position is available, providing teletherapy services focused on middle and high school students. This contract role is expected to last through the current school year, with a start date as soon as possible and concluding in late May of the following year.
Responsibilities include delivering speech-language therapy via telepractice to students in 7th and 8th grades at a middle school, as well as supporting a high school caseload that includes grades 9 through 12. Additional support for students in a Pre-K through 5th grade setting will also be part of the role. The position requires managing therapy plans, assessments, and progress documentation tailored to the needs of these student groups.
Key qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Proficiency in telepractice modalities for speech-language therapy
- Experience working with middle and high school-aged populations
- Ability to manage multiple caseloads effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location: Westville, IL
This role demands approximately 35 hours per week, engaging with one primary building for teletherapy delivery. Certification in telepractice and familiarity with current speech-language pathology best practices are essential.
