Pediatric Teletherapy Speech Therapy in CT
A part-time contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) providing teletherapy services in an elementary school setting. The assignment spans the 2025–2026 school year, with work scheduled three days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) in Burlington, CT. The role involves delivering specialized speech and language support to elementary-aged students, utilizing telepractice methods.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for speech and language disorders using teletherapy platforms
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborating with educational staff to monitor student progress and adjust therapy approaches
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards
Qualifications and experience sought:
- Valid SLP licensure with eligibility to provide school-based services
- Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, ideally within school settings
- Comfort and proficiency in teletherapy delivery methods
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is a plus
Interviews will be conducted remotely via Zoom, with flexible scheduling available upon notice. The hiring decision is typically made within 24 to 48 hours following interviews. Candidates must be prepared for school-specific onboarding requirements, including contract agreements prior to start.
