Remote Sign Language Interpreter Position

Qualifications:
Requires Educational Sign Language Interpreter License (PEL)
NIC Certification and/or a 4.0 EIPA score preferred, but not required
Interpreters with scores below 4.0 are still strongly encouraged to apply — there are certainly opportunities available, though preference will be given to NIC/RID-certified and 4.0+ candidates
Previous school-based experience preferred
Virtual Requirements:
Must hold active state license
At least two years of experience, preferably in an educational setting
Home computer with high-speed internet
Must be tech savvy (training provided on software platform)
Must have or be willing to obtain liability insurance & list us as certificate holder

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.07 to $69.07. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
