Virtual Speech Teletherapist - K-12 Caseload - Colorado
We’re partnering with a school district in Colorado that’s looking for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide remote support to students across K–12 grade levels. This position is fully virtual and involves direct therapy, IEP involvement, and collaboration with school-based teams. You’ll be part of a virtual group of providers working across multiple schools in the district.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll deliver speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including articulation, fluency, receptive/expressive language, voice, and social communication. You’ll also play an active role in IEP meetings and progress monitoring, all within a flexible, remote schedule that aligns with the school calendar.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech-language therapy via a secure teletherapy platform

Conduct virtual assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations

Develop and update IEP goals and service minutes

Document sessions, progress, and communication in accordance with district guidelines

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and families

Support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels, adjusting services based on age and developmental needs
Requirements:

Active Colorado SLP license
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs with strong school experience may be considered)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Confident with technology and able to manage sessions independently

Quiet, professional home office space with reliable internet connection
