Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Must be Licensed in Oregon
About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to elementary-aged students in Oregon. This role includes managing a caseload of approximately 50–55 students and delivering standard SLP services such as evaluations, therapy, and IEP support.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for elementary students

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and IEP goals
-
Provide direct therapy sessions addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social communication skills
-
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure effective carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
-
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Oregon state, district, and federal regulations
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Oregon SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred but not required)
-
Experience providing school-based services to elementary-aged students
-
Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance standards
-
Comfortable delivering therapy in a virtual environment using teletherapy platforms
-
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
-
Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
