Remote Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Fully Remote, Oregon
About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual services to K–12 students across Oregon. In this role, you’ll support students’ communication development, provide therapy, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with families and school staff—all through a secure online platform.
This position is ideal for an SLP who values flexibility, enjoys working remotely, and wants to make a meaningful impact in students’ educational and communication progress.
What You’ll Do:

Provide speech and language therapy sessions virtually to K–12 students

Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP planning

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs

Track student progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation

Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support carryover of skills

Participate in virtual IEP meetings and team discussions

Ensure services meet Oregon state, district, and federal requirements
What You Bring:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Oregon SLP license (ASHA CCCs preferred)

Previous school-based experience preferred
-
Familiarity with IEP processes, compliance, and progress monitoring

Comfortable using teletherapy platforms and digital therapy tools

Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Reliable internet connection and a professional home workspace
