SLP Remote in CA
A full-time, on-site opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) skilled in telespeech and teletherapy, supporting K-12 students in Thermal, CA. This contract position spans from November 12 to December 19, offering 40 hours per week within a collaborative school setting.
Responsibilities include delivering both direct and indirect therapy services to students with moderate to severe communication needs. The caseload may vary in grade level and number of schools served. SLPs will work closely with on-site contracted paraprofessional facilitators to implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals effectively. The specific age range of students served will be determined as part of the assignment.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- Valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Current fingerprint clearance issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC)
- Certificate of Clearance (COC) available for verification
This position requires proven abilities in virtual SLP service delivery methods, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work with paraprofessionals and school staff.
