VocoVision is hiring a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 1099 contract position. This remote role offers the chance to impact students across Michigan while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work-from-home position.
Position: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Work from Home – Michigan
Type: 1099 Contract
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Duties:
- Conduct virtual speech therapy sessions for students ranging from elementary through high school.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and set therapy goals.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student achievement.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in a school setting is beneficial.
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
